G.I.V.E. Winner Announced October 30th, 2009
G.I.V.E. announces today that it has made a selection for the non-profit winner which will receive a free day of professional photography and retouching. The selection committee was comprised of Angie Leach with The Rockbottom Foundation, Kellee Hassler, board member with CASA and Shelly Ruybalid, local charitable activist. Out of numerous outstanding applications, Freedom Service Dogs was selected. The two runners up were Open World Learning and Bridgeway Homes. Souders Studios and Square Pixels will be producing new imagery in the next few months for Freedom Service Dogs and a portion of these images will be shared on the blog. As a thank you for the G.I.V.E. Committee's outstanding work, a $50 donation was made on behalf of each member to the charity of their choice. This included; Project Angel Heart, Court Appointed Special Advocates and Walk To Remember Foundation.
